Thank you for visiting us here at TradeMark! It is our prayer that by reviving these beautiful images of our Heavenly Family, we will revive Love and Devotion to Them as well, one card at a time. We started this business in our basement more than a decade ago, and though we are growing, we are still a small family and friend business. It was consecrated to Our Lady in 2000, and so now it is officially Hers! She is a wonderful boss though, and keeps us afloat in more ways than one. Along with St. Joseph (our manager) and a host of other Saints that we implore when printers stop working and shipments get lost!

Put Our Lord Back into Easter & the Bunny in its place with this Card! Back of Card reads: Delightful children carry the Lamb of God, strewing flowers along the way... the Easter bunny is in the bushes where he belongs. :) Back of card reads: About Easter Eggs, Rabbits, Chicks & Lambs In times past, eggs along with meat were given up during Lent. When Easter arrived, eggs were dyed red to symbolize the joy of the Holy Season. The chick emerging from the egg is thought to be symbolic of Christ emerging from the tomb. In pagan culture, the egg was an emblem of new life or spring, and the rabbit was the symbol of fertility that laid the eggs, thus we have the “Easter Bunny”. How unfortunate that this pagan custom has again surfaced, that the Easter rabbit abounds while it is hard to find Our Risen Lord. This year let us encourage all to return to our Christian traditions... we have so many beautiful ones! Let us ban the bunny and celebrate instead the Lamb of God! It is no accident that Jesus, the true Paschal Lamb, was crucified on the feast of the Passover, when the figurative lamb was slain. Let us take advantage of His Sacrifice which is renewed daily in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. By consuming Him in the Holy Eucharist, He will consume us!
